Causes of Over Weight or Obesity
There are several reasons why a person becomes obese such as taking more food than necessary, very less amount of physical activity, genetic problems and psychiatric illness. Some other causes of obesity in people are, less amount of sleep, endocrine disruption, reduction in smoking rate as smoking is known to control appetite, use of medication which results in increase in weight, pregnancy at an age more than the average age and natural selection of higher body mass index.
